As 2020 come to an end, let’s not be tempted to dwell on the opportunities missed. But instead let us commit to what the Psalmist says in Psalm 104: 34; My meditation of Him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.”
As we close out this year and journey into the next, let’s close it out with prayer and thanksgiving, seeing how the hand of God moved in 2020 and thanking Him for His presence and protection.
If 2020 represents perfect vision, then after all God has carried us through, our vision of Him should have become clearer. We are now able to see Him in areas of our lives where we have notrecognized Him before. We’ve learned to recognize His voice, when before we werenot sure if He even spoke to us. God’s ways are perfect, and His plans for you are perfect.
So, instead of regrets, we rejoice and thank Him for all the ways He showed Himself,even when at first, we didn’t know it was Him. Andbecause of this we can be confident of His continual presence in the upcoming year.
